What will you do:

• Develop and maintain system engineering tools, methodologies, and frameworks that enable scalable development

• Manage model-based systems engineering platforms, requirements tools, and simulation environments

• Build automated validation frameworks and digital twin environments to support design efficiency

• Partner with cross-functional teams to qualify tools, resolve technical issues, and ensure standards compliance

What are the key skills for success:

• Model Based Systems Engineering — intermediate level; managing MBSE tools and frameworks to support system development

• Requirements Analysis — intermediate level; defining and validating system requirements across complex projects

• System Integration — intermediate level; ensuring interoperability across hardware, software, and services

• Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing tool-related issues and streamlining engineering workflows

• Design Patterns — developing level; applying reusable solutions to enhance system architecture
