Senior Associate, Tender Management

Join us as a Senior Associate in Tender Management and drive business growth through strategic bid leadership. You'll lead the full tendering lifecycle, from analyzing customer requirements to crafting compelling proposals that win. What will you do?

• Manage complex and strategic quotations and proposal opportunities.

• Analyze technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.

• Validate margins, pricing, and risks associated with business opportunities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Factories, and Business Units to ensure complete and competitive proposals.

• Ensure compliance with organizational financial, commercial, and quality guidelines.

• Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and operational risks related to quotations and proposals.

• Participate in pricing reviews, commercial approvals, and bid strategy development.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and customer experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, solutions, processes, and quotation tools.

• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all issued quotations and proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• English: Advanced Intermediate or higher.

• More than 5 years of experience in technical and commercial quotation activities.

• Experience in complex proposal analysis and tendering processes.

• Strong understanding of commercial, financial, and operational processes.

• Interpretation of technical and commercial specifications.

• Cost, margin, and profitability analysis.

• Commercial and contractual risk management.

• Knowledge of industrial products and solutions.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and quotation tools.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
