You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex, moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, guiding procurement delegation, and ensuring successful execution of intricate subcontract agreements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts.

• Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.

• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.

• Negotiate subcontract provisions, select subcontractors, and administer awards and change activity.

• Exercise procurement delegation authority to sign supplier agreements and purchase orders.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

• Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Desired Skills

• Experience managing complex subcontracts

• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions

• Working knowledge of standard contract types

• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry

• Experience with LM S/4Hana

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
