Act in the generation, analysis, and control of managerial information for the Credentialing area, contributing to process monitoring, indicator development, report preparation, and support for management activities, aiming to ensure the reliability of information and operational efficiency.
Prepare and update managerial and operational reports for the Credentialing area;
Develop and maintain controls for monitoring activities, deadlines, and indicators for the area;
Perform data analyses to support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement;
Monitor performance indicators, consolidating information and signaling deviations when identified;
Update dashboards and managerial panels, ensuring the consistency of the information presented;
Support the collection, treatment, and validation of data from corporate systems;
Participate in the review and improvement of the area's processes, contributing with suggestions for efficiency gains;
Support projects related to process improvement, implementation of controls, and development of new routines;
Prepare presentations and support materials for managerial meetings;
Address information demands from internal areas, providing data and analyses as needed;
Support the preparation and updating of procedures, flows, and internal controls for the area;
Contribute to compliance with internal norms and applicable regulatory requirements for the credentialing process.
Mandatory:
Complete higher education in related areas;
Intermediate or advanced knowledge in Excel;
Knowledge in Power BI or similar tool;
Experience with report and indicator preparation;
Knowledge in administrative processes and data analysis;
Desirable:
Experience in the Credentialing area or in a health operator will be a differential;
Availability for 100% in-person work.
Workload:
From 08:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 17:00 on Fridays.
