Au sein de la Direction Architecture & Merchandising Europe (DAME), basée au siège européen à Paris 8ème, ce stage de 6 mois à partir de mars 2027 vous permettra de contribuer à la conception et au déploiement des espaces de vente Parfums Beauté CHANEL en Europe.

En collaboration avec les équipes Architecture et Animation, vous participerez à l’adaptation des concepts wholesale permanents et au développement d’animations en point de vente. Cette expérience vous offrira une vision globale des enjeux du retail de luxe et un rôle actif dans la création d’expériences clients cohérentes et impactantes.

L'impact que vous créez chez CHANEL

• Contribuer à l'adaptation des concepts d'architecture permanente en proposant des solutions adaptées aux contraintes des marchés, aux espaces de vente et aux objectifs commerciaux, dans le respect des guidelines internationales et de l'identité de la Maison.

• Participer au pilotage des projets d'architecture en assurant le suivi des plannings, la mise à jour des outils de gestion de projet et la coordination avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et les marchés européens.

• Accompagner les marchés dans la validation des concepts architecturaux et assurer le suivi des projets afin de garantir leur conformité avec les standards et l'identité de CHANEL.

• Participer au développement des animations wholesale et retail en adaptant les campagnes internationales aux besoins des marchés pour les podiums, vitrines, espaces événementiels et autres dispositifs de mise en scène.

• Identifier des matériaux et solutions innovants conciliant créativité, faisabilité opérationnelle et développement durable, tout en accompagnant les équipes dans la production et le déploiement des projets.

• Une formation en architecture, architecture d'intérieur, design ou éco-conception, avec un fort intérêt pour les environnements wholesale et le secteur du luxe.

• Une excellente maîtrise de SketchUp (indispensable), ainsi que de V-Ray et de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator et InDesign).

• Une sensibilité pour l'architecture, le design, le Visual Merchandising et l'univers de CHANEL.

• Un esprit proactif, organisé et rigoureux, associé à un excellent sens de la collaboration.

• Une maîtrise courante de l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.

Internship – Architecture & Merchandising Department – Fragrance & Beauty CHANEL Europe – March 2027 – M/F/D

About the Role

Within the Europe Architecture & Merchandising Department (DAME), based at the European Headquarters in Paris (8th arrondissement), this 6-month internship starting in March 2027 offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and deployment of CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty retail spaces across Europe.

Working closely with the Architecture and Retail Animation teams, you will support the adaptation of permanent wholesale concepts and the development of in-store activations. This experience will provide a comprehensive understanding of luxury retail challenges and an active role in creating impactful and consistent customer experiences.

What Impact to create at CHANEL

• Contribute to the adaptation of permanent architectural concepts by proposing solutions tailored to market constraints, retail environments, and business objectives, while respecting international guidelines and the House's identity.

• Support the management of architectural projects through timeline monitoring, project management tool updates, and coordination with internal stakeholders and European markets.

• Assist markets in validating architectural concepts and monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with CHANEL standards and brand identity.

• Participate in the development of wholesale and retail activations by adapting international campaigns to local market needs for podiums, window displays, event spaces, and other merchandising installations.

What you will bring

• A degree or academic background in architecture, interior architecture, design, or eco-design, with a strong interest in wholesale environments and the luxury sector.

• Excellent proficiency in SketchUp (essential), as well as V-Ray and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• A strong sensitivity to architecture, design, visual merchandising, and the world of CHANEL.

• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset, combined with strong collaboration skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
