Job Overview

This client-facing role delivers tailored consulting and market research solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision-making. It involves independently designing and executing primary research to uncover customer and patient behaviors, integrating original and internal data to produce actionable insights using advanced statistical and behavioral science methods. Professionals in this role work with minimal supervision, address complex client challenges, and often influence cross-functional teams across clinical, public health, medical affairs, and commercial domains.

Essential Functions

• Manages workflows for various projects, develops solution design and reviews the work of junior colleagues for final deliverables.

• Maintains and expands client relationships and addresses client issues and concerns and offers advice as appropriate.

• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of client organizations and utilizes advanced business analysis skills to support business proposal work.

Qualifications
