Warehouse Operator - Service

Role Overview:
The warehouse is currently recruiting for a Product booking and dispatch operative to work within the point G customer facing area of service center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking and dispatching customer units, liaising with customers and supporting any queries from customers to support in the resolution of said cases. The operative will work closely with team players to achieve daily KPI’s while also the operative will also be able to work to use admin based skills, produce high quality data for servicing and have good 5S standards whilst demonstrating good Sony Values and Behaviors within the company.
Key Responsibilities

Booking in and dispatch of customer products with high attention to detail and good levels of service

Track incoming & outgoing and escalate concerns via correct methods.

WIP control & priorities.

Communicate with internal and external customers.
Person Specification:
Essential
-
Ability to work on own initiative with excellent work ethic.

Flexible to work in other areas within the warehouse.

Computer literate with a high level of key board skills.

Warehouse Knowledge would be preferable.

Attention to Detail

Ability to work 2 Shifts
Desirable

Experience with the Oracle system

Knowledge of production material process flows

Experience of working in a fast paced, mass production environment
