What are we looking for?

We continue to grow our Hyperautomation team and are looking to incorporate Microsoft Power Platform professionals with different levels of seniority, from Junior to Senior profiles.

You will participate in automation, digital transformation and implementation of business solutions projects, collaborating with functional and technical teams to improve and digitize business processes.

Responsibilities, degree of autonomy and complexity of the solutions to be developed will be adjusted to the experience and knowledge of each profile.

What will be your functions?

• Participate in needs analysis and identification of automation opportunities.

• Design, develop and maintain workflows with Power Automate.

• Collaborate in the development and evolution of applications with Power Apps.

• Work with Dataverse for data management and structuring.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs and other corporate applications.

• Perform tests, resolve incidents and ensure the correct functioning of implemented solutions.

• Document developments, processes and configurations.

• Apply good development, quality and security practices.

• Collaborate with the team in the continuous improvement of existing solutions and processes.

Depending on the level of experience, functions may also include architecture definition, environment and solution management, deployment automation, configuration of platform security and governance policies, as well as technical support to other team members.

What are we looking for?

• Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, especially in Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.

• Interest in process automation and digital transformation.

• Analytical capacity, problem-solving orientation and attention to detail.

• Teamwork and communication skills with technical and functional profiles.

• Motivation to learn and develop within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Knowledge or additional experience in Power Automate Desktop, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, custom connectors, integration with REST APIs, Azure, Dynamics 365, ALM strategies, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, security, DLP and .NET development will be valued.
