Senior Consultant- Assistenza Tecnica

HSPI S.p.A., part of the TXT Group, operates in Business Consulting, IT Governance and Digital Innovation, supporting public and private sector clients in organizational and digital transformation projects.

To strengthen its teams in Rome and support activities for a Central Public Administration, HSPI is looking for a Management Consultant to join the team and provide PMO and Technical Assistance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Public Administration bodies in PMO activities and project coordination, including projects managed by external suppliers

• Providing Technical Assistance

• Monitoring project progress, deadlines, issues and deliverables

• Monitoring, reporting and accounting for costs related to funded projects

• Preparing reports and project documentation to support control and governance activities

• Liaising with institutional and technical stakeholders to coordinate project activities

• Supporting the Project Manager in the operational management of the project

• Participating in client meetings and coordination sessions

Technical Requirements

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to prepare reports and project documentation

• Good analytical and information organization skills

• Basic knowledge of PMO and/or project management processes in IT or Public Administration environments

• Previous experience in PMO, management consulting or technical assistance activities for Public Administration
