Your Task

We are looking for a person with deep knowledge in complex platforms and architectures, distributed systems, scalability, security and automation, and capable of leading technological transformation initiatives in a multinational IT environment. This strategic role requires combining advanced technical vision with skills to lead high-impact teams and projects, ensuring innovation and scalability. This position is available in Madrid, Reus, Granada, Seville, Gijón, Valencia or A Coruña.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategy and business development of the Knowledge Areas under their responsibility, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and the promotion of technological innovation

• Perform economic control of the practice and associated projects: budgets, forecasts, closures, etc.

• Build, form, coordinate and lead multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented approach

• Mentoring and developing talent, promoting effective leadership and an environment of continuous improvement

• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and cloud services to generate competitive and operational value

• Promote and manage strategic projects for clients, meeting objectives and deadlines

• Monitor quality, security, availability and performance standards, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry best practices

• Develop the value supply aligned with capacities and the current market, promoting its internal and external socialization

• Encourage the iterative improvement of standards and internal practices based on the experiences gained in the projects

• Develop partnership relationships and joint development plans with strategic manufacturers

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in complex platforms and architectures, distributed systems, scalability, security and automation, and be capable of leading technological transformation initiatives in a multinational IT environment.

Must Have Skills

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field

• More than 15 years of demonstrable experience in IT

• Experience leading areas and platforms of Cloud computing

• Experience managing technological business areas

• Experience in multinational companies or global environments

• Direct responsibility in sectors or technological fields: platform, application, integration, etc.

• Advanced technological proficiency in leading public and private cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Red Hat

• Strong technical knowledge in networks

• Strong technical knowledge in security

• Strong technical knowledge in CI/CD

• Strong technical knowledge in containers and microservices

• Experience in managing large projects and complex technological programs, with technical, economic and strategic impact

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent influence and stakeholder management skills at a global level

• Experience in the construction and development of technological equipment, focused on specialization and technological excellence

• Ability to define and deploy value offerings and business development plans

• Advanced or native Spanish language proficiency
