Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)
Your Task
As a **Customer Success Manager T Cloud Public**, you will assume technical responsibility and management of all tasks and activities that are responsible for the provision of services by T Cloud Public to the customer and the contract result internally.
Responsibilities
- Strategic influence and development of the existing business of the assigned T Cloud Public customers in order to increase the value added for the customer and the sales for the T Cloud Public
- Comprehensive advice to customers regarding the first-time use of the T Cloud Public or the ongoing optimization of cloud usage (consumption push, upselling)
- Active participation in the respective vertical squad of the T Cloud Public
- Avoiding "churn" through proactive analysis and management of T Cloud Public customers
- Supporting the ongoing optimization and further development of the customer success management of the T Cloud Public
- Supporting the customer-oriented "service excellence culture" in all areas of the customer success management of the T Cloud Public
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Participation in the planning and forecasting processes
- Transferring customer requirements to the T Cloud Public impediment and demand process
- Supporting the further development of cloud handling support
Your Profile
We are looking for a qualified **Customer Success Manager T Cloud Public** with strong technical expertise in cloud technologies, AI, and IT architecture, combined with excellent customer management skills, business development experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
Must Have Skills
- Completed degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training or further education
- Good knowledge and experience in the areas of cloud and IT architecture
- Good knowledge and experience in technology strategy
- Good knowledge and experience in sales
- Good knowledge and experience in business development
- Good knowledge and experience in the field of AI
- Good communication skills with correct and confident behavior in customer contacts
- Good presentation skills with correct and confident behavior in customer contacts
- Good knowledge of market-relevant cloud ecosystems and experience with partners
- Good knowledge in the field of cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Knowledge of the offerings of AWS
- Knowledge of the offerings of Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of the offerings of Google
- Knowledge of the offerings of Rackspace
- Experience in development of cloud platforms/hybrid cloud solutions in which technologies, developer tools, APIs, management and integration frameworks and processes are combined
- High resilience
- Adaptability to dynamically changing processes/startup mentality
- Good technical understanding of standardized service provision through platforms
- Detailed knowledge of the processes and structures in your own company
- Experience in international cooperation with Local Business Units and NatCos
- High social skills
- Ability to work in a team and integrate
- Good assertiveness
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
