V.I.E. Accounting Supervisor

As a Financial Controller, you will contribute to core accounting processes, including account reconciliations, analytical review, investigation, documentation of accounting entries and review the accuracy of processes to standards. You will be involved in strengthening the quality and automation of financial reporting and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes. Tasks and responsibilities :

• Manage and analyze large volumes of accounting data

• Support closing and reconciliation processes

• Develop and maintain automation routines (VBA / Excel / Alteryx)

• Improve existing processes and reduce manual workload

• Build control tools and reporting frameworks

• Perform regular reconciliation of balance sheet and P&L accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data

• Conduct analytical reviews of financial statements and investigate variances or unusual movements

• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing data quality, automation, and efficiency in accounting production

• Support internal and external audit requests by providing analysis and documentation
