Job Description

• You will focus on serving investor clients with the majority of work in private equity due diligence

• Working on projects in a team setup to conduct market research and analysis to create industry outlooks and market insights

• Conducting specialized financial analysis on potential acquisitions

• Conducting interviews with clients

• Preparing and delivering verbal and written communication of your working result

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at private equity or consulting firms/research firms with exposure to private equity/due diligence process or other aspects of financial markets is a great advantage

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record, MBA or finance-related postgraduate degree is preferred

• Excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to structure a problem, identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions

• Solid analytical skills and modeling skills, good written and verbal communication skills

• Intellectual curiosity and creativity

• Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career

• Ability to be a team player

• Fluency in both Chinese and English
