As a Consultant at Roland Berger, exciting challenges await you :

• Work on strategy projects in various industries

• Assume responsibility for a project module

• Conduct interviews with clients

• Prepare and participate in workshops

• Perform market research and data analysis

• Prepare client pitches

• Contribute to the office life

Qualifications

• With a university degree from a top university

• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experiences at a leading company in your industry or in the consultancy world.

• Fluent in English, fluent in Dutch and/or French.

• You are down-to-earth, social and flexible.

• You are sensitive to the values we like to promote: entrepreneurship, empathy and excellence.

• You are creative with a strong analytical mind, excellent synthesis skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work in team.
