Senior Finance Analyst - New Business (m/f/d)

Starting 1 October 2026, Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland will take on the exclusive distribution of Brown-Forman’s premium spirits portfolio in Switzerland, further expanding our 24/7 portfolio and strengthening our position in the premium spirits’ market.

With this exciting business development comes an exciting opportunity to grow our team. We are looking for Sr. Finance Analyst New Business to join us and play a key role in bringing these iconic brands to life across the Swiss market.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the strategic Finance Business Partner to Commercial teams and Brand owners, providing financial insights to support growth, profitability and business decisions

• Support product launches and expansion initiatives

• Lead category profitability analysis proving insights for management reviews, strategic initiatives and business decisions

• Monitor commercial investments, assessing effectiveness and supporting disciplined resource allocation and ROI efficiency

• Own the Finance contribution to annual planning and rolling forecasts

• Own monthly financial close and performance reporting, translating results into clear business insights and actions

• Develop financial models for new products and strategic growth opportunities

• Develop and enhance New Business reporting, dashboards and KPIs to improve transparency and decision support

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to simplify, standardize and automate finance processes, reporting and profitability analytics

• Own monthly and annual BAZG reporting, including bonded-warehouse movements, inventory reconciliations and statutory submissions

• Monitor compliance, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with internal stakeholders, warehouse providers and Swiss authorities

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• ACCA, CFA, or CIMA qualification preferred

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Category Finance, FP&A, or Business Controlling, ideally within FMCG or alcoholic beverages

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence business decisions through financial insights

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recurring deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment

• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is an advantage

• Excellent written and spoken English; German is considered a plus
