OVERVIEW:
IVECO Poland is seeking the Field Customer Quality Manager - Truck to join our Field Customer Quality team. This role is designed to strengthen our presence in the field by enabling faster issue resolution, closer collaboration with dealers and customers, and continuous improvements in product quality, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Combining advanced technical diagnostics, field quality analysis, and customer-focused problem solving, this position plays a key role in resolving the most complex product issues across Poland and the Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia).
As a critical link between customers, dealers, engineering, and quality teams, you will drive root cause identification, support corrective actions, and ensure the voice of the customer is effectively represented within the organization. KEY RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE:
Provide technical support and expert guidance for complex, high-priority, or unresolved field issues.
Act as the highest level of field technical escalation for complex, high-priority, and unresolved product issues.
Provide hands-on technical support and rapid containment solutions to minimize customer downtime.
Perform advanced diagnostics and collaborate with THD and Engineering teams to identify root causes.
Investigate critical issues directly at customer, fleet, and dealer locations across Poland and the Baltic countries.
Collect, analyze, and document technical evidence to support issue resolution and quality improvement.
Escalate critical quality concerns and ensure effective communication between the field and internal teams.
Represent the voice of the customer by translating field feedback and operating conditions into actionable insights.
Support new product launches through field monitoring and early issue detection.
Deliver technical coaching and best-practice guidance to dealer and customer technicians.
Drive improvements in product quality, reliability, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical diagnostics, field service, quality engineering, or technical support within the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicles, automotive systems, and diagnostic methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and technical teams.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Professional proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel extensively.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience working with commercial vehicles, truck fleets, or dealer networks.
Familiarity with telematics systems and advanced diagnostic tools.
Experience in quality management, warranty analysis, or field product investigations.
