Technical Application Manager

Position Description:

As a TAB employee, you are responsible for the technical management and maintenance of various applications and systems. You ensure the stability, availability, and security of these applications and provide functional management support when necessary.

Your role in our team Technical Management of various applications in different client environments, including technical installation, configuration, and management in collaboration with other teams within CGI GTO.

1. Functional Management (minor part):

• Supporting users with questions about applications and systems.

• Contributing to process optimization and translating user requirements into technical solutions.

1. Application Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Technical maintenance and monitoring of client business applications.

• Knowledge of maintaining CMS applications is preferred.

• Ensuring proper functioning of application interfaces.

• Monitoring BI environments and data warehouses.

1. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinating activities with other IT teams and suppliers.

• Proactively participating in projects and migrations.

• Location : Amsterdam (and/of Arnhem & Rotterdam)

How you strengthen our team

• Communicative skills with end-users and clients

• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new applications or client environments

• Analytical skills

• Knowledge of underlying operating systems such as Linux and MS Windows Server

• Willingness to participate in on-call services within the team

• Knowledge of ITIL, DEVOPS, or Agile Safe is a plus Education and Certifications

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in IT or a similar field

• Certifications such as ITIL, MicrosoftDocker, or similar are a plus

• Technical applications and management

• Native Dutch with a good English level
