We are looking for an experienced and hands on Infrastructure and Cloud Services Project Manager to lead key IT infrastructure initiatives across a dynamic and evolving environment. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle — from planning and coordination to execution and delivery — while managing stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. Your mission is to deliver high quality infrastructure projects on time, within scope and budget, while ensuring minimal business disruption and maximum operational value.

Your role in our team

• Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead end to end delivery of infrastructure projects (network upgrades, cloud migrations, server refresh, workplace rollouts, security projects, datacenter migrations).
  • Build structured project plans, define scope, schedule, milestones, resources, and risks.
  • Ensure project governance and maintain detailed documentation.

• Stakeholder & Team Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for all project related topics.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams (network, security, workplace, cloud, architecture) either locally, nearshore or offshore
  • Facilitate decision making and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Risk, Budget & Vendor Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Follow up on project financials, budget usage, and forecasting.
  • Manage third party suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations and deliverables are met.

• Communication & Reporting

  • Provide clear and regular reporting to management.
  • Organize steering committees, project follow-up meetings, and decision logs.
  • Communicate proactively about progress, impacts, and timelines.

• Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure infrastructure changes follow best practices, operational policies, and security standards.
  • Drive lessons learned and contribute to improving project methodologies.
  • Support transition to operations with proper handover, documentation, and training.

How you strengthen our team

• 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in infrastructure and cloud projects

• Solid understanding of infrastructure domains: networking, systems, cloud (Azure/AWS), datacenters, workplace, security, automation, AI

• Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Certified in Prince2, PMI, Agile

• Fluent communication skills in English + FR/NL

• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel and work in complex technical environments. A pre-employment screening is part of the application process
