Your role in our team As a Business Transformation Analyst, you are much more than a traditional reporting or requirements analyst. You act as a technology-augmented problem solver who combines analytical rigor, structured thinking, and strong communication skills to help teams and organizations make better decisions and improve performance.

You leverage modern technologies — including augmented and generative AI tools — to accelerate research, structure complex information, and generate actionable strategic insights. You help teams use the right technology (…) effectively and intelligently.

You collaborate with stakeholders and are curious to engage with different teams and levels across the organization. You play a key role in translating complexity into clarity, insights into actions, strategy into execution, and performance into measurable outcomes.

Your responsibilities include:

• leveraging AI and digital tools to accelerate research, analysis, and decision-making

• conducting deep, multi-source research to understand complex business challenges

• structuring ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, hypotheses, and recommendations

• translating analysis into actionable business improvements and measurable outcomes

• supporting teams in adopting smarter ways of working and using technology effectively

• creating clear narratives, presentations, and strategic messaging for stakeholders

• facilitating discussions and challenging ideas constructively with facts and clarity

• collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive organizational performance and change

How you strengthen our team You are analytical, curious, and proactive. You do not stop at identifying problems — you continuously ask:

• “So what?”

• “What does this change?”

• “What should we do next?”

• “How do we know we are on the right track?”

You combine structured problem-solving with empathy and strong communication skills. You enjoy working with people, understanding team dynamics, and helping organizations improve through insight and action.

In addition, you have:

• a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Data, Innovation, or a related field

• experience or strong interest in business analysis, strategy, transformation, or organizational improvement

• affinity with AI, generative AI, and digital productivity tools

• strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities

• the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear insights and recommendations

• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• the confidence to challenge constructively and influence decision-making

• a growth mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn continuously
