Senior Business Analyst, Business Intelligence

Position Description:

We are seeking an experience Healthcare BI Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, metrics/KPI definition, reporting requirements, testing, and BI initiative delivery

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and reporting requirements for healthcare BI initiatives

• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to define needs, priorities, and solutions

• Translate business requirements into BI deliverables, including reports, dashboards, and data definitions

• Define and standardize metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks

• Collaborate with data and technical teams to support BI solution design and delivery

• Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and validation

• Ensure alignment between business needs and BI outputs across initiatives

• Provide support for reporting enhancements within CIS/EHR environments

• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in reporting and data processes

• Support change management, documentation, and user adoption for BI solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Degree in Business, Health Informatics, IT, or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of healthcare transformation or digital health experience

• 7+ years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience

• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience with BI initiatives, metrics, KPIs, reporting requirements, and testing

• Clinical Information System experience preferred

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000–$125,000. This role is a future opportunity.
