SAP Test Manager

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an SAP Test Manager, you will play a key role in our deliveries to clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP testing activities including:

• Test strategy

• Test planning

• Test execution

• Defect management

• Test reporting

• Define QA governance processes, testing standards, and best practices.

• Coordinate across business, functional, development, and infrastructure teams.

• Manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Release testing cycles.

• Ensure testing deliverables meet quality, timeline, and compliance requirements.

• Drive SAP test automation initiatives

• Build and maintain reusable automation frameworks for SAP applications.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years in SAP testing leadership/management roles.

• Strong experience in SAP testing across SAP ECC or S/4HANA landscapes.

• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Experience managing large-scale integration and regression testing programs.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC.

• Strong experience with automation tool, Tricentis Tosca preferred

• Experience with SAP automation frameworks and model-based testing.

• Exposure to:

• SAP Solution Manager

• Jira / Azure DevOps / ALM

• CI/CD integration

• API and interface testing

• SAP Activate methodology experience preferred.
