Solutions Architect (C#/.NET)

Position Description:

CGI Montréal is seeking a Solution Architect to support the implementation of a new application solution. If you are recognized for your ability to design, develop, and implement technical architectures based on Microsoft Azure, .NET, and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies, CGI offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our clients’ success.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Define and implement solution architectures

• Align solution architecture with enterprise architecture standards and objectives

• Actively collaborate with project teams and IT delivery coordinators in estimating development efforts

• Ensure seamless integration of the solution across processes, data, and technology components

• Work closely with other architecture advisors and architects

• Guide and support the development team

• Perform any other activities or studies as requested by the client

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 6 years as a Solutions Architect

• Hands-on experience with object-oriented development using Visual Studio, Microsoft IIS, ASP.NET, C#/.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and/or SharePoint

• Experience as a Solution Architect on Electronic Service Delivery (ESD) development projects and/or solutions built on architectures using shared services (e.g., payment services)

• Experience in solution architecture within a Microsoft Azure environment

• Experience in solution architecture or development using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SharePoint, and/or C#/.NET in a multidisciplinary team environment

Location: Montreal Work mode: Hybrid

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 70 000$ et 135 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
