Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Poskytování podpory při správě projektových financí

• Organizování projektových nebo týmových setkání (interní i klientské), psaní zápisů z porad,

• Ve spolupráci s klientem zabezpečování administrativní podpory projektového týmu – vstupní karty, kancelářské potřeby, evidenci PC, služebních aut, mobilních telefonů, apod.,

• Příprava projektové dokumentace

• Řízení inicializačních, plánovacích, odhadových, realizačních a dokončovacích procesů vývoje a implementace pro naše klienty

• Řízení týmu vývojářů, analytiků a konzultantů

• Řízení nabídkových procesů

• Řízení dodávek projektů v zahraničí a jiné ad-hoc úkoly spojené s řízením implementace produktu u zákazníka.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Zkušenost v projektovém řízení ideálně ve vývoji a implementaci SW

• Češtinu nebo slovenštinu a taky angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni

• Znalost MS Office na pokročilé úrovni

• Výhodou je znalost bankovního sektoru

• Samostatný, proaktivní a akční přístup k práci
