SAP Project Manager

Position Description:

Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a key role in our deliveries to clients across various industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead end-to-end SAP roll-in projects across business units, countries, or regions

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies

• Coordinate with global template teams, local business teams, and implementation partners

• Ensure alignment with SAP program governance and deployment methodology

• Drive project status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP project/program management

• Proven experience managing SAP roll-in or global deployment projects

• Strong expertise in:

• Business Change Management (BCM)

• Organizational Change Management (OCM)

• User Adoption & Training Strategies

• Hands-on experience with WalkMe or other Digital Adoption Platforms

• Experience with cutover strategy and planning

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes (S/4HANA preferred)

• Experience in Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

With both an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills, you handle complex tasks with precision and confidence.
