IT Project Manager for Energy & Utilities (SAP delivery project)

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the initiation, planning, estimation, execution, and closure phases of development and implementation projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.

• Focus on areas such as digital transformation, SAP Utilities implementation and transition.

• Allocate resources, manage timelines, and oversee project budgets to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables.

• Supervise a team of consultants and developers, fostering effective communication with clients.

• Coordinate regular team meetings to provide project updates and address client requirements.

• Contribute to or lead bids preparation alongside international teams.

• Identify and discuss new business opportunities with clients.

• Play an active role in the career development of team members and complete staff performance reports.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience as a project manager of large IT implementation project with SAP delivery.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects is an advantage.

• Experience in Energy and Utilities is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and Czech/Slovak languages is must.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
