• PREFERABLY with 4 years of progressive experience in financial services, back-office operations, fund administration, or investment operations

• Advanced knowledge of mutual fund operations, investment products, and financial industry processes, including plan types, tax regulations, and trade processing workflows

• Proven ability to interpret complex transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve operational issues efficiently

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks
