Within the Orange group, contribute to the growth of the Defense and Security Directorate (DDS) as an AI Anti-Drone Engineer. Created in June 2025, DDS relies on Orange Business's recognized expertise in the deployment, operation, and maintenance of leading digital infrastructures owned by Orange: the best quality of service on our 5G network in France and Europe, 45,000 km of terrestrial fiber, more than 2,500 satellite antennas, 450,000 km of submarine cables, and 19,700 TOTEM sites, Orange's TowerCo.

We cover all phases of service deployment, from incubation to operation. These activities meet strict requirements in terms of security, resilience, and compliance, particularly in the areas of connectivity, cloud, and cybersecurity. This entity allows Orange Business to leverage its expertise in France while developing an offering on a European scale, in response to growing digital sovereignty challenges.

Join the Solutions Cockpit team, a collective based in Cesson-Sévigné comprising AI Experts, Data Analysts, and developers where solidarity, conviviality, and ethics are shared in the service of responsible and sovereign innovation.

Within Solutions Cockpit, you are responsible for the design and integration of our artificial intelligence solutions for our Defense and Security clients in Cloud, On-Premise, Edge computing, and embedded systems environments.

Your first challenge?

Actively participate in the development of our new anti-drone defense offering in collaboration with Orange R&D. Real-time image/video analysis, trajectory prediction, false-positive filtering, and multi-sensor integration will be at the heart of your daily work.

Your main activities:

• AI Design & Architecture: You drive the vision of the AI architecture, gather business needs to design robust solutions, define associated data flows, as well as interfaces and APIs.

• Industrialization & MLOps: You supervise the deployment, containerization, versioning, and monitoring of our AI models in production, ensuring their security and regulatory compliance.

• Coordination & Synergy: You are the essential bridge between business, AI, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Here are the essentials:

• Experience in containerization, orchestration, deployment, and observability.

• Understanding of hardware constraints related to AI inference.

• Mastery of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of regulatory and ethical issues related to AI.

• Ability to write specifications and architectural documents.

And the extra skills:

• System architecture and integration.

• Knowledge of cloud, on-premise, edge computing, and embedded environments.

• Skills in API and data flow design.

• Knowledge of system security and data governance.
