Senior ServiceNow Developer

For an international project, we are looking for people with ServiceNow experience and solid practical experience in the HRSD (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. In particular, they will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focused on the reported modules, integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.

Skills and requirements:

• Experience as a ServiceNow Developer:

• Experience with HRSD and ITSM modules;

• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript), Sql, Html, Css;

• Solid knowledge of ITIL processes;

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2);

• Possession of ServiceNow certification;

Hybrid work location: Naples

Compensation:

RAL 30,000 - 45,000 Euro. The economic proposal will be defined based on experience, skills, and seniority level, with a view to valuing talent and internal equity.

Availability to travel is required.
