The Compliance Governance & Oversight team supports the GIH Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in overseeing and coordinating the Compliance Function across GIH Business Entities (GBEs). As a key link between local Compliance Functions and Group Compliance, the team promotes alignment, consistency and the effective implementation of compliance governance, policies and practices across the Group.
Main tasks:
Become part of an international Compliance team that oversees and supports compliance activities across more than 16 jurisdictions
Analyze and consolidate information from multiple GBEs to support risk assessment, monitoring and reporting activities
Contribute to the review of Compliance Plans, Reports and governance frameworks, gaining insight into how compliance is managed across different markets and jurisdictions
Participate in thematic assessments and monitoring initiatives covering a broad range of compliance and regulatory topics
Collaborate with colleagues across the global Compliance network and gain insight into interactions with senior management
Master’s degree level (BAC+5), preferably in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science or another field with an interest in Compliance, Risk Management and Governance topics.
At least one year of previous experience in the compliance, legal or asset management/financial services field
International professional experience
Proficiency in business English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Italian is considered a plus, as well as knowledge of French and German
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI and familiarity with compliance tools with strong skills in data analysis and reporting.

What we offer The role is offered within the 3^Area Professionale category, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito) and the applicable Company Supplementary Agreement (Contratto Integrativo Aziendale).
The starting gross annual salary is € 37.000.
