Le aree di intervento includono Cyber Security, Program Management su grandi cantieri di trasformazione, Application Maintenance e Managed Services.

Entrando a far parte del Team SAP Tech sarai inserita/o in un percorso di crescita nell'ambito SAP AI, affiancando consulenti senior nella progettazione e nello sviluppo di soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale applicate ai processi aziendali ed ecosistemi ERP.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Supportare la progettazione e lo sviluppo di soluzioni AI e Generative AI applicate a processi aziendali e sistemi ERP

• Approfondire le principali piattaforme e framework AI, affiancando i colleghi senior nell'implementazione

• Contribuire allo sviluppo di AI Agent, Copilot aziendali, chatbot e soluzioni basate su architetture RAG

• Supportare l'integrazione di soluzioni AI con sistemi ERP, CRM e applicazioni enterprise tramite API e servizi di integrazione

• Partecipare ad attività di analisi dei processi aziendali e identificazione di opportunità di automazione intelligente

• Collaborare alla raccolta di requisiti funzionali e alla stesura della documentazione di progetto

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche

Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Sei laureata/o o in procinto di laurearti in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini

• Hai acquisito conoscenze di base di Intelligenza Artificiale e Machine Learning durante il percorso di studi, la tesi o progetti personali

• Conosci almeno un linguaggio di programmazione, preferibilmente Python

• Sei curiosa/o rispetto ai principi della Generative AI (modelli linguistici, prompt engineering), anche solo a livello di studio o approfondimento personale

• Hai interesse verso i sistemi ERP, preferibilmente SAP, senza necessità di conoscenza pregressa

• Hai buone capacità di analisi logica e problem solving, spirito di squadra e voglia di imparare

• Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team

• Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all'estero in base alle esigenze progettuali

Un plus: tesi, progetti universitari, hackathon o certificazioni base in ambito AI, Cloud o Data (Microsoft, Google, AWS o simili), anche conseguite in autonomia.

L'opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 500€ per stage curriculare o 700€ per stage extracurriculare o in assunzione con inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio e RAL di ingresso € 24.500, determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi quali il titolo di studio e la valutazione del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione. KPMG Open Platform is our new innovation hub based in Naples, created to develop service models and solutions with a high technological content. Its areas of activity include Cyber Security, Program Management on large-scale transformation programmes, Application Maintenance and Managed Services.

By joining the SAP Tech Team, you will start a development path in the SAP AI area, working alongside senior consultants on the design and development of Artificial Intelligence solutions applied to business processes and ERP ecosystems.

Specifically, you will:

• Support the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions applied to business processes and ERP systems

• Build your knowledge of the main AI platforms and frameworks, supporting senior colleagues in implementation activities

• Contribute to the development of AI Agents, enterprise Copilots, chatbots and solutions based on RAG architectures

• Support the integration of AI solutions with ERP and CRM systems and enterprise applications through APIs and integration services

• Take part in business process analysis activities and in identifying opportunities for intelligent automation

• Contribute to the gathering of functional requirements and to the drafting of project documentation

Come As You Are | Your skills and characteristics

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

• You hold, or are about to complete, a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines

• You have gained foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning through your studies, your thesis or personal projects

• You know at least one programming language, preferably Python

• You are curious about the principles of Generative AI (language models, prompt engineering), even at study or self-learning level

• You are interested in ERP systems, preferably SAP, with no prior experience required

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a team spirit and a genuine willingness to learn

• You have a good command of English and a collaborative approach to teamwork

• You are available to travel in Italy and abroad according to project needs

A plus: a thesis, university projects, hackathons or entry-level certifications in AI, Cloud or Data (Microsoft, Google, AWS or similar), including those obtained independently.

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €500 for curricular internships and €700 for extracurricular internships, or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €24,500. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role. Our selection procedures are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
