Responsibilities

• Lead the team in charge of executing Indirect Trade Strategy on the ground

• Surpass Net Sales, Sell Out, Gross to Net, Margin, Distribution and Market Share Targets

• Develop his / her team to unlock their potential

• Design and lead the execution of strategies and plans to drive category growth

• Lead Demand Planning of his channel to assure correct replenishment in trade

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• 5 years commercial exp

• Strong P&L Management

• Mindset embedded within OCP (omni commercial planning)

• Agile ways of work

• Data & Analytis & IA Skills

• Advanced English level

• Indirect Trade experience (Preferred)

• Team Lead Experience (Preferred)
