What You’ll Do

• Be a part of the Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing & Trade Documentation).

• Monitor & update shipment details to reflect current position of the goods

• Prepare and verify accuracy of shipping documents (import/export)

• Provide customer service from the moment of customer order to the moment of goods delivery

• Acquire knowledge of transport, import / export regulations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers

• Collaborate with external warehouses, shipping lines, logistic service providers, and international trade partners in order to organize and/or coordinate goods deliveries to final customers

Skills & Capabilities

• A candidate available for a minimum of 30 hours per week, available to work from the office minimum 2 days a week (Monday-Friday)

• Students of the last years of studies or up to 12 months after graduation, with a Logistics/Supply Chain/Administration background – not strictly required

• Candidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken English

• Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) are an asset

• Daily use of AI tools is welcomed or any experience in introducing AI to daily work

• Strong analytical skills – comparing data and identifying discrepancies, comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and strong attention to detail

• SAP knowledge is an asset but is not required

• Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills

• Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.
