Travel is possible, with an indicative distribution of approximately 50% client site time and 50% off-site; individual needs will, however, be considered when allocating assignments (on-site / off-site).

The initial responsibilities vary by level, with a role focused on project management:
Associate Team Leaders and Team Leaders generally work on one project at a time.
The project generally includes: hypothesis formulation; managing data collection, model creation and analysis; conducting primary and secondary research; creatively managing information limitations; and highlighting insights, while supervising the work of analysts.
Effectively mobilize partners and the internal network to provide technical guidance and high-level framing for projects.
Work as a team with clients to deliver high-quality results.
Maintain team energy and a positive work-life balance.
Coach Oliver Wyman and client team members to develop their skills.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline: ideally mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, data science or engineering.
Strong analytical, writing/documentation and communication skills.
Experience with advanced analytics tools and data manipulation: R, Python, SAS, SQL or SPSS.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.
Autonomy and ability to work with limited supervision, within defined deadlines.
Ability to clearly present results, potential risks/problems and their implications.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to preserve and respect confidentiality.
Availability for regular travel.
Experience requirements by level:
Associate Team Leader: at least 5 years of experience in a specialized consulting firm
Team Leader: at least 8 years of experience in a specialized consulting firm
