About the Team The DevOps Engineering team keeps our cloud environments reliable, available, and high-performing — enabling smooth releases and infrastructure that scales with a large scale SaaS platform. We focus on helping product teams ship quickly and safely, aligning infrastructure with Workday's standards, and automating as much of the software delivery lifecycle as possible. Going forward, we'll keep deepening automation, expanding observability, and driving consistency across environments. We're a distributed team across the US and Vietnam that operates as one — with real ownership, high accountability, and meaningful, technically challenging work. If you value autonomy, collaborative problem-solving, and improving how complex systems run in production, you'll fit right in.
