Job Description

• Description: The incorporated person will join the client's IT structure and the 3-person team that DVT currently has at the client. Their mission will be to perform support tasks as an IT technician for end-user workstations.

• Main tasks and functions:

• User Support:

  • Onsite workstation support: Apps, devices (PCs, Tablets), communications, cabling.
  • Ticket Management (Requests, Incidents)
  • Ticketing: Attention, registration, classification, follow-up, and resolution on the first call and/or escalation to a higher level, for all incidents and requests from users.
    • The ticketing App is Service Now.
  • Remote User Support Tools.
  • N1 Support for M365

• User Management in Active Directory:

• Unlock Users/Reset Passwords

• Identity Provisioning (creation, deletion, modifications)

• Permission Assignment.

• Management and maintenance of audiovisual rooms

  • Configuration and adjustment of devices.
  • Connection and cabling review.

• Photocopiers / printers:

• Configuration of photocopiers for users.

• Printing problems.

• Micro-IT tasks:

  • Control of the inventory of IT equipment (PCs, mobile terminals, tablets, monitors, etc.).
  • Maintenance and updating of the equipment fleet: terminals, app updates, corporate image, licenses…

• WIFI: Support for users for the management and configuration of wifi network access.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• MINIMUM Experience: more than 2 years in a similar position. Valuable if the service provided has been in global companies with an international presence.

• Languages: English, minimum B2 level. If you do not have certification, during the 6-month trial period, the candidate must commit to obtaining it. The cost of the certification exam will be covered by Devoteam.

• Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.

• Knowledge in:

  • Ticketing tools
  • Microsoft Office365
  • Micro-computing / Administration and configuration of devices (PCs, Tablets…) using tools like Intune or similar.
  • Adobe package

• Skills:

  • Initiative and proactivity
  • Good communication skills at different levels and with different interlocutors (user and IT area), interpersonal relationship skills, customer orientation.
  • High capacity for analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, responsible, and service-committed person.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Additional Information

• Modality: hybrid. 2-3 days of teleworking. The onboarding phase will be in person at the client's facilities.

• Location: San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.

• Schedule: corporate 40 hours/week: Monday to Friday: (8:00 – 9:00) to (17:00-18:00) with 1 hour lunch break.
