RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

We are looking for a Product Owner with an analytical profile, focus on results and ability to lead multidisciplinary squads.

They will be responsible for ensuring the continuous delivery of value for digital products, translating business needs into clear and prioritized solutions, aligned with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities

• Act as product owner, ensuring alignment between business areas, technology and customer experience;

• Conduct agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and support the team in achieving sprint objectives;

• Manage the product backlog, defining priorities based on impact and value for the customer;

• Work together with UX, Tech Lead and Stakeholders to define viable and scalable solutions;

• Define and monitor success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) and translate results into continuous improvement plans;

• Ensure clear communication with the team and alignment with the company's product strategy;

• Support leadership in the evolution of agile culture and the maturity of squads.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile teams;

• Mastery of Scrum and Kanban;

• Experience with Jira Software for backlog management and delivery monitoring;

• Experience with defining product metrics and monitoring performance indicators;

• Ability to lead squads and influence decisions based on data;

• Good communication, business vision and focus on delivering value to the customer.
