JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Help with projects and administrative routines;

• Organize documents and update data in systems;

• Support internal controls and basic financial activities, among other things;

• Support inventory control and material orders;

• Support store administrative routine;

• Provide support in the operational routine involving the preparation and availability of vehicles to the customer.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed or ongoing high school education;

• Knowledge of administrative routines;

• Easy access to the Vitoria airport region;

• Vacancy for candidates aged 17 and over.
