STAGE – Assistant(e) Manager des Opérations Boutique Mode Nice - Janvier 2027 - H/F/X

Integrated into the Boutique Management team in a demanding and constantly evolving context, you are the right-hand man of the Boutique Operations Manager. You support and participate in the management of all Support and Back Office activities of the Boutique: Cash register, Stocks, Maintenance, After-Sales Service.

You contribute to optimizing the results and performance of the boutique while respecting the commercial and brand image strategy of the House.

Your Missions:

You assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance indicators and work on action plans in conjunction with all stakeholders in the Boutique:

• You monitor performance daily: analysis of Retail indicators (traffic, average basket, achievement of monthly objectives globally and by product line…)

• You analyze the commercial performance of sales associates

• You analyze the performance of products and collections (sell-through, month coverage, slow and best-sellers, merchandising display, …)

• You contribute to the preparation of purchases for new collections and ensure their sales monitoring

• You assist all managers (sales, visual merchandising, alterations…) in carrying out specific high added value analyses allowing good management of their activity

You are a daily actor in the smooth running of the Boutique:

• You contribute to guaranteeing an ultimate employee experience in the Boutique: you support the first steps of new hires (uniform delivery, badge, access, IT tools…) and support the teams daily

• You help managers and employees prepare team briefings and information meetings on the Boutique's activity. You may be required to lead certain briefings related to your topics

• You assist the Operations Manager in the management of general services to guarantee the image of the Boutique

Profile sought:

• Student of a business school, engineering school or university.

• You have a first experience of 6 months with analytical missions (management, finance marketing) and/or an experience in a Boutique

• You are interested in Fashion

• Your ease with numbers, your versatility, your dynamism combined with your sense of service, your rigor and your organization will be essential assets to successfully carry out your missions

• You have an excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills

• You have a perfect command of Excel and its subtleties, as well as PowerPoint. Mastery of VBA is a plus
