Within Renault Group Consulting, you will discover the functioning of a large automotive group, by participating in one or more missions.

Our missions cover both strategic framing (opportunity studies, strategic plans, roadmaps by business line, development of new service offerings...) and operational transformation challenges (performance improvement, redesign of business processes and associated governance, evolution of the organization...).

We support both business teams (at Corporate or in countries) - Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Design, Quality, Marketing & Sales, Innovation... - and members of the Group's Leadership Team (Executive Committee).

Your missions:

As a Renault Group Consulting intern, you will be required to work on one or more consulting missions within an integrated team of consultants with client teams, and to:

• Collect, gather and synthesize information to understand a situation or benchmark competitors and other players outside the automotive sector.

• Establish critical and objective diagnoses based on data and facts, through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Develop operational solutions (organization, target process, operational and economic model, business plan) in cooperation with the business lines.

• Formalize the results of the analyses in writing according to RG Consulting standards.

• Support business lines in the implementation of recommendations and participate in the operational steering of projects.

Who are you?:

• You are preparing a BAC+5 degree in an engineering or business school and are looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship.

• You master the resolution of complex problems. You also have good analytical and synthesis skills in a complex and demanding environment.

• You are recognized for your rigor, proactivity, listening skills, team spirit, creativity, curiosity, and integrity.

• You have strong persuasive skills to carry out your projects and have excellent written and oral communication in French and English. You are able to interact with interlocutors of various profiles.

• A first experience in the mobility sector or in consulting would be a plus.
