• Lead CAPEX planning and governance, including the financial evaluation of investment proposals, business case development, prioritization, approval tracking, expenditure monitoring, and post-investment performance reviews.

• Drive OPEX discipline through robust cost-center planning, regular variance analysis, identification of cost-efficiency opportunities, and clear, actionable recommendations to business leaders.

• Oversee credit management activities and drive initiatives to optimize working capital and cash flow performance.

• Support corporate transactions and legal entity management matters, including capital operations, governance activities, company by-laws, and other statutory obligations.

• Lead, coach, and develop the local finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, internal controls, and finance processes across the organization.

• Act as the primary interface between the French entities and Group Finance functions, ensuring alignment with Group policies, procedures, and reporting standards.

• Support business transformation, integration, and process harmonization projects, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Finance function within the Group.
