This role will focus on helping shape and deliver the Caribbean Property Facultative Reinsurance product line, supporting strategic growth planning and sales and placement initiatives in collaboration with local offices and key stakeholders, as appropriate.

We will count on you to:

• Proven ability to lead complex placements end-to-end and influence others to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Strong market awareness and ability to translate developments in coverage, pricing, and capacity into actionable guidance for brokers and clients.

Why join our team:

• We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
