International Key Account Manager Fotovoltaika (m/ž)

E.ON Energy Solutions is a 100% subsidiary of E.ON Energie. We focus on comprehensive energy solutions for large companies, cities, and municipalities. We have extensive experience in photovoltaics, cogeneration units, complex energy solutions, and heat supply. We operate our own hydro and photovoltaic power plants and heating facilities. E.ON Energy Solutions includes the Mydlovary Heating Plant, where we produce electricity and heat from natural gas and biomass.

In our Energy Solutions Sales team, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of International Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for the development, strategy, and active identification and negotiation of business opportunities in the field of photovoltaics, investment PPA projects, and battery storage. We look forward to seeing you in Brno, Prague, and České Budějovice.

What will you do with us?

• You will develop business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the field of photovoltaic power plants, battery storage, and PPA projects.

• You will lead business negotiations with key international customers in the Czech Republic from opportunity identification to contract signing.

• You will be responsible for preparing business proposals and business cases for investment projects.

• You will collaborate with expert teams on the design and implementation of complex solutions.

• Your work will contribute to the growth of business results and market development in the renewable energy segment.

• Last but not least, you will cooperate with international teams of the E.ON group and share best practices across markets.

What should an ideal candidate meet?

Perfection doesn't have to be one of your qualities, but we can't do without some qualities…

• You have a university degree in technical or economic-technical field.

• You have demonstrable work experience in energy, especially in the field of photovoltaics.

• You are oriented in PPA models and have practical experience with their use.

• You are strong in business activities, including strategic customer relationship management.

• Communication in English is not a barrier for you.

• Ability to conduct complex business negotiations and build long-term relationships.

• A computer is not your enemy, and you use MS Office and the internet regularly.

• You are oriented across vertical markets (Industry, Logistics, Municipalities).

• You have professional competence according to NV 194/2022 Sb.
