As an individual contributor, you'll impact operational excellence through process standardisation and risk mitigation. Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer account and payment activity

• Summarise investigation findings

• Independently prepare and submit unusual activity reports to the Israeli FIU in Hebrew

• Communicate with customers to handle escalated or complex cases with strong empathy and clear communication

• Support ILS operations under the Israeli license by creating and refining operational frameworks

• Serve as first point of escalation for process-related issues within ILS operations

• Collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Compliance, and product teams to map processes, identify issues, and develop solutions

• Establish and maintain effective professional relationships across all organisational levels

• Develop deep understanding of business models, customer types, country risks, and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies
