As Lead Consultant AI & Data Architecture (f/m/d), you are the key technical figure for the design, architecture and quality of modern AI and data solutions — at the interface between business requirements, technology and implementation. Your work shapes how our customers benefit strategically from data and AI.

• Data Strategy & AI Transformation: You advise customers on how to transform into AI-driven organizations: from data strategy to platform architecture and data products to governance frameworks for the successful operation of data solutions.

• Architecture & solution design: You define overall architectures for digital AI solutions, translate technical requirements into sustainable technical concepts and define architectural principles and design patterns. Scalability, security and long-term maintainability are always the focus.

• Technical control & implementation: You provide technical and methodological support to development and delivery teams, carry out architecture and code reviews and ensure that defined standards are consistently met — even with complex implementations.

• Integration & platform responsibility: You design integration into existing system landscapes, define API and data architectures, and ensure interoperability between platforms — taking cloud, security and compliance requirements into account.

• Pre-sales & technical strategy: You provide pre-sales support with architecture concepts, target architectures and technology roadmaps, conduct workshops with customers and contribute to the development of architectural standards in the company.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership: In the medium term, you will develop into the professional and disciplinary management of a team of 10 people and will gradually assume responsibility for its development and orientation.

That's why you fit in with us

• You have a university degree (FH/Uni/ETH) as an engineer or in computer science/business informatics

• You have deep technical understanding of modern data and AI architectures as well as cloud, platform and integration architectures

• You know architectural approaches such as microservices, event-driven architecture or domain-driven design — and you know when which approach is right

• You confidently translate technical requirements into technical solutions and communicate on equal footing with business, architecture and development

• Experience with consulting frameworks for AI and data transformation as well as an understanding of modern DevOps models set you apart

• You think analytically, identify technical risks early on and find pragmatic, sustainable solutions

• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
