Senior Consultant for the Implementation of Public Sector Electronic Administration Products (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a consultant specialized in the implementation of electronic administration products for a major Public Administration client in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have experience in the adaptation, parameterization and integration of digital products that optimize administrative processes and comply with current regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an electronic administration product and its correct integration with existing systems.

• Customize the product by parameterization to meet the specific needs of the city council and its departments.

• Ensure compliance with Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015 at all stages of implementation.

• Collaborate with technology providers to ensure that the product meets quality and safety standards.

• Train Public Administration personnel in the use of the new system and provide support.

• Monitor the performance of the post-implantation product and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Essential requirements

• University degree in Public Administration, Computer Engineering or fields related to the position.

• Demonstrable experience in implementing electronic administration products or similar systems in Public Administration.

• Knowledge of Law 39/2015 and Law 40/2015.

• Technical skills in system integration and software customization

• Excellent communication skills and ability to train end users.

• Ability to effectively solve problems and adapt to technological changes

• Focus on improving the end user experience and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
