Tasks As Lead Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d/x), you take on a leading role in digitizing and optimizing HR processes for our customers in public administration and the private sector. With your in-depth expertise in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, you will provide strategic advice, carry out comprehensive process consulting in the HR environment and translate complex business requirements into innovative and sustainable solutions.

Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Holistic advice in complex transformation, migration or implementation projects

• Structuring, prioritizing and managing professional requirements

• Development and implementation of professional and technical solution concepts in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment

• Coordination of HR departments, IT, project teams and management stakeholders

• Moderation of workshops, management presentations and training

• Technical quality assurance of project results

• Mentoring and development of consultants and junior consultants

• Involvement in presales, offer processes, solution design and customer acquisition

• Takeover of (partial) project managers

Profil You have a degree in economics, (business) informatics, industrial engineering or comparable experience. You also have the following qualifications:

• Many years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors projects

• Profound knowledge of the SAP HCM module landscape, in particular PA, OM, PT and PY

• Very good understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and system landscapes

• Excellent consulting, moderation and communication skills at professional and management level

• Analytical thinking and structured working methods

• Experience with project management standards and agile methods

• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2)
