Job Description We are looking for a project manager with extensive experience in managing software initiatives in healthcare environments. The person who joins will be present in daily operations and very close to information systems and technical profiles, so team leadership capacity is required. Work will be carried out with a focus on the quality of the projects. We will consider applications from Barcelona and the surrounding area, as there will be very occasional customer visits.

Your Task

• Requirements taking and analysis

• Proactivity in suggesting strategies to achieve project objectives

• Measure, monitor, evaluate and communicate project progress

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of objectives

• Managing the expectations and satisfaction of different stakeholders

• Leadership of a multidisciplinary work team

• Facilitate constant communication between team members and project stakeholders

• Identify and manage risks and problems related to projects or equipment

Your Profile

We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing software initiatives in healthcare environments, strong team leadership capabilities, and a focus on quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will be present in daily operations, work closely with information systems and technical profiles, and demonstrate proactivity in achieving project objectives.

Must Have Skills

• Solid and testable experience in process analysis and management of technological projects

• Fluent in Catalan (required for customer interaction)

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• University education

• Experience in requirements taking and analysis

• Ability to measure, monitor, evaluate and communicate project progress

• Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards and timely delivery of objectives

• Ability to manage expectations and satisfaction of different stakeholders

• Leadership of multidisciplinary work teams

• Ability to facilitate constant communication between team members and project stakeholders

• Experience identifying and managing risks and problems related to projects or equipment

• Located in Barcelona and surrounding area (for occasional customer visits)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in healthcare projects

• Project Management Certification (PMP)

• Knowledge of health standards (HL7, FHIR, openEHR)

• Technical knowledge of Java

• Technical knowledge of REST services

• Technical knowledge of JSON

• Technical knowledge of Angular

• Technical knowledge of Postman
