Do you enjoy tackling complex operational and performance challenges, helping organisations improve efficiency, resilience, and cost competitiveness across their value chains?

Our Operations & Improvement team works with organisations across the world to help them understand current operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and design and deliver pragmatic solutions that create measurable value. From end‑to‑end supply chain optimisation and manufacturing transformation, to cost reduction, productivity improvement and operating model design, we support our clients in strengthening their operational foundations and delivering lasting impact.

At PA, we pride ourselves on developing and delivering solutions that provide the fastest path to impact. As a result, we are looking for individuals who combine strong operations and process expertise with transformation and change experience, enabling them not only to design robust improvement initiatives, but also to lead delivery and realise benefits in practice.

We are expanding our Operations & Improvement capability across the Nordics in response to growing market demand. You will work primarily with clients in the Consumer & Manufacturing industry, as well as adjacent sectors such as Energy & Utilities, Financial Services and Public Services. • Working with clients to define and deliver end‑to‑end improvements across operating models, processes, systems, and ways of working

• Owning and growing key client accounts by identifying follow‑on opportunities, shaping client roadmaps, and contributing to long‑term account development strategies

• Supporting business development activities, including opportunity identification, proposal development, commercial shaping, and client presentations

• Contributing to thought leadership and capability development within the Operations & Improvement team, sharing insights, tools, and best practices

• Providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture
