As a committed team member, you’ll quickly take on responsibility and grow beyond your limits. You’ll join a strong team that sticks together and is eager to make a real impact.

This position is based at leogistics, the logistics subsidiary of cbs Corporate Business Solutions, offering you a specialized and innovative environment with a strong focus on end-to-end logistics solutions.

leogistics GmbH is a leading international SAP Gold Partner for digital software solutions in logistics and supply chain management. Our core areas of expertise include transportation management, plant and rail logistics, and warehouse logistics. Combining in-depth consulting expertise, extensive SAP know-how, and our own innovative solutions, we help our customers redesign their logistics processes and successfully drive their digital transformation.

Your Role:

Would you like to do more than simply process support tickets? Do you enjoy ensuring stable transportation processes, supporting customers in their day-to-day operations, and continuously expanding your professional expertise? Then this role is the perfect fit for you.

As a Developer & Support Consultant SAP TM (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our customers during day-to-day operations. You will ensure that transportation processes run smoothly, analyze incidents, and work closely with the team to develop sustainable solutions.

Unlike traditional Application Management Services (AMS), we see ourselves as an extension of our customers' teams. This means you will actively contribute to process improvements, evaluate new requirements, and implement them independently. In addition, you may also be involved in implementation projects, giving you the opportunity to actively support both the operation and the continuous development of SAP TM solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Transportation Management and serve as the primary contact for functional and technical inquiries.

• Work within clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prioritize incidents and service requests, and ensure their timely resolution.

• Analyze incidents in a structured manner and provide fast and sustainable solutions.

• Familiarize yourself with existing system landscapes and business processes while supporting issue analysis and resolution in productive environments.

• Take ownership of development packages within implementation projects and support their implementation through successful go-live and transition into operations.

• Perform smaller customizing activities and implement change requests.

• Document solutions in a clear and structured way and maintain knowledge bases to ensure sustainable knowledge sharing.

• Work closely with consulting and development teams and support the handover of projects into the support organization.

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and service quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or a comparable qualification.

• Initial to several years of experience in support, logistics environments, or working with SAP, ideally SAP Transportation Management.

• Experience in 2nd and 3rd level support and a solid understanding of SLA-driven support processes.

• Strong interest in logistics processes and IT, with the motivation to continuously expand your expertise.

• Initial knowledge of supply chain management processes such as Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, or Tracking & Tracing is an advantage.

• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with the ability to remain focused under pressure.

• Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working closely with customers.

• Very good English language skills; German language skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite.

• Strong willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality.

We Offer:

• Flexible working arrangements that fit your lifestyle, with predominantly remote work and the option to work from our offices throughout Germany.

• Flexible working hours and a connected organizational structure that supports a modern project environment.

• A collaborative team culture where knowledge sharing, mutual support, and teamwork are part of everyday work.

• Long-term professional and personal development through individual learning opportunities, experienced colleagues, and our expert communities.

• Early responsibility, short decision-making paths, and real opportunities to make an impact.

• The best of both worlds: the agility of a dynamic company combined with the stability of a strong parent organization.

• Attractive benefits, including a monthly mobility budget that you can use flexibly for your personal mobility, fitness programs, bicycle and hardware leasing, and employee discounts.

• A strong team spirit that extends beyond project work through summer parties, Christmas celebrations, cycling tours, and many other shared events.
