Transfer Manager - US Supply Chain Transformation

Introduction to the role

Over the past decades, ASML has grown exponentially, and as we rely heavily on our supply chain, so has our supply chain ecosystem. In the coming years, we expect further growth that will require a transformation of large parts of our Supply Chain. In order to tackle this strategic challenge and help shape & drive the transformation in our supply chain, we created the "Supply Chain Transformation" department within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. Within this department, a team of professionals in Supply Chain management disciplines will drive engagements/change programs in our supply chain and be supported with specific competencies from across ASML.

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement collaborates closely with our supply chain partners to enhance their operational performance across the QLTCS domains—Quality, Logistics, Technology, Cost, and Sustainability. The day-to-day operational activities are managed within the framework of supplier clusters. To drive transformation, the Supply Chain Transformation team leads initiatives that focus on evolving the business.
